Return Policy


At BeforeTheDrop.com we try to provide sufficient information about our merchandise, if you have any questions
prior to purchasing a product we will gladly answer them. Please e-mail all inquiries to: b4thedrop@yahoo.com

Return Policy

All of our products are guaranteed to be 100% Authentic or your money back. Otherwise, we have an exchange- 
only policy. If you wish to exchange a product due to receiving the wrong size or incorrect model please notify us
within 3 days of receiving your order. 

Exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
  • You did not receive the correct product as listed in the confirmation e-mail
  • Your order arrived in the wrong size
Please note – the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated 
with exchanges unless BeforeTheDrop.com has sent the wrong size or item. 

**SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED**

Returned products must arrive back at BeforeTheDrop.com no more than 15 days from the time you placed your
order. All returns must be in 100% new condition, not worn, not washed or dry cleaned and must have all tags in
place. Please ensure returned products are packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. The amount
of your exchanged item will be credited towards your next order as we do not offer refunds.

Please Include in the following in your merchandise return: 
  • A copy of your invoice
  • Contact information - Name, Shipping Address, E-mail Address
  • A brief description of the reason for the return

Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items

You may cancel your order by e-mail up until the time your order has been shipped out. If the products
have been processed and shipped from our warehouse then the order can no longer be cancelled. 

BeforeTheDrop.com may cancel your order or part of your order if a product(s) becomes sold out and is no 
longer available – In such cases we will contact you by telephone or e-mail to discuss the details of your order.
In the event of partial orders, BeforeTheDrop.com will ship items that are in-stock and remove any out of stock
items from your order and credit the difference back to the credit card that was used to complete the purchase.


After payment is received, all orders will be confirmed with you by e-mail prior to delivery
